I am a small breeder located in the beautiful Bluegrass area of Kentucky. 

 

 I strive to raise yorkies that are within the AKC standard for yorkies. 

My puppies  are healthy, happy and pre-spoiled when they come to you.

 

   My dogs are all A.K.C. registered and come from several championship

bloodlines,   My show dogs are Dual registered with UKC and AKC.   

 My husband and I are both retired and these little creatures are our babies.

 

   I have puppies for sale at times and if there is nothing at this time that you like,

 

 I will keep in touch with you and put you on a waiting list if you so desire.  

 

 I require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold puppies. 

 

Puppy  must be paid  for a full two weeks before puppy is shipped or picked up.  6% Kentucky sales tax will be added to price.

I offer a one year health guarantee against life threatening genetic defects on my puppies  This means that if your puppy dies from a genetic illness that cannot be treated, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value when one is available according to the terms of the contract that both the buyer and seller sign.  No cash refunds.   All puppies will be UTD on vaccinations, vet checked and in good health to the best of my knowledge.  

 I prefer that puppies are picked up but I will ship at buyer’s expense, weather permitting.  When possible, I use someone to hand carry them in cabin.

All puppies are sold on limited regristration.
